Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held monthly on a date and at a time and location as determined by a majority vote of the Commission members.  All regular and special meetings of the Commission and all meetings of its committees shall be held in compliance with the Minnesota Open Meeting Law.   Regular  meetings of the Commission may be canceled by the Chair upon agreement of a majority of the members responding through telephone poll or in writing.
